Christmas recap!!!

My Nightmare Came True!!!

You can't tell in the pictures, but I had to cut it to about the ear!!!

So one of my biggest nightmares came true yesterday!!!! I was at work, when I got a call from my mom, she said " the worst thing that could happen, just happened!" I started to cry. I knew exactly what had happened. I said " Molly cut her hair!!!!!" Then there was silence!!!!! At that moment I started to sob, bawl, freak out, what ever you want to call it!
(As many of you know, molly's hair is one of my obsessions, my love !!! It was so thick, long and beautiful!!!!!
So up to Nana's house I went to asses the damage!!! As soon as I saw her, my heart dropped!!!! It was worse than I had imagined!!! So after many tears(both me and Molly),I had to chop her beautiful hair off!!!!!!! (and it still doesn't look great, there was nothing I could do to fix some of the layers Molly, and her cousins created!!!)
It was a bad, bad moment in my mommy life!!!!
(I thought by now I would be O. K. but as I am typing this, the tears are starting to flow AGAIN!)
I have to keep telling myself it is only hair!!!! It will grow back!!!! It is only hair!!!
Molly now wishes she could have her "blonde, princess hair back", and so do I !!

Well what it done is done, so here goes the process of growing out a really bad haircut!!!

I decided to put a purifying/firming face mask on the other night,

and of course Molly wanted in on the action!!! She thought it was cool because as she said " we look like ghosts!"

Molly also kept saying "Sorry Dad Girls Only."

Molly had her first ever dance concert last night! She was so excited to perform on a stage at a "big School" (as she puts it). She was so cute and did such a good job. I am one proud mommy!!!

a Pirate and a Princess

The other day I was down stairs doing some laundry when I heard "Mom, Mom, Hurry come quick" So of course I dropped what I what doing and ran up the stairs ( because as most of you know when you hear the words hurry, come quick it usually means either something is broken, ruined, colored on, messed up, reorganized, well you get my point.)
Anyways I ran into my room and I heard molly say "aaarrr, I'm a pirate! And look mom sawyer is a princess!" Three year olds are hilarious!

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!!!
For FHE Craig bought Molly a ginger bread house to decorate. She had so much fun squeezing the frosting, carefully placing her candies on the house(I am surprised she actually had candy left to decorate with, because we were all eating it the whole time. )
I love Christmas time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love the parties, treats, books, movies, decorating, Christmas lights, Picking out a tree, shopping, etc. Most of all I love remembering the true meaning of Christmas, and spending time with my family, and friends.

Here's Sawyer

We are so happy to welcome our little "man cub" Sawyer into this world.
On Sunday morning @ 7 a.m. I went into the bathroom to blow my nose, when I felt a pop (like a balloon, or a top) and then I was soaking wet!!! I was so excited I yelled to Craig, and I started laughing and kept saying "I am so excited" (because as most of you know, I was very sad this past week because my doc said I wasn't ready to be induced)
So off to the hospital we went, and 7 hours and 3 pushes later he was born!!!!!!!!!!
I can't even put into words how much I love this little guy, he is so cuddly, sweet and adorable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sawyer was born @2:02 p.m. he was 8 lbs 3 oz and 20 1/2 inches long.
Thanks to everyone who has been apart of our lives during this exciting time. We love you !!!!!!
